Eligibility

Undergraduate and recently graduated students of architecture who have finished their B.Arch between April 2023 - July 2024 are eligible to send in their final year (design thesis) projects for this year’s forum.
There is no limit to the number of projects that can be submitted per school.

Submission criteria

Needs to be followed mandatorily

All submissions must be made through the participation form (google form link) attached to the website.

A maximum of 6 A3 landscape format sheets describing the project in terms of programme, intentions and challenges, process and the final design output are to be submitted in a pdf file with resolution no less than 300 dpi. This could also contain photographs of models. Any form of representation within these sheets is accepted.

The first sheet should contain a write-up of a maximum of 400 words describing your project. However, the text should not exceed 100 words per sheet for the other five sheets. The last two sheets should be a representation of the relation between the theme and your project.

The bottom of each plate should include the name of the project and the participant’s phone number. The pdf file shall be named according to the nomenclature mentioned in the participation form. The participant’s name and the associated institute’s name must not be mentioned anywhere in the pdf file.

Along with this, each participant is required to answer the questions relevant to the theme and their respective projects included in the participation form. It is mandatory to answer the questions, without which the submission of the form will not be completed.

Please ensure that the text and drawings would be readable on an A3 sheet. The size of the file must not exceed 10MB.

Note : The selected participants will have to prepare a separate panel for the forum exhibition. The specifications for the same will be communicated to the selected participants closer to the forum.

Please ensure that you have given a valid phone number and e-mail id so that we can inform you if your project has been selected.

All 30 students whose work will be presented in the forum exhibition will be given a certificate of participation.

Due to the limited budget, the students will have to bear the cost of travelling themselves.
